Signing up is easy! All you need is your 5-digit Dubo account number.

Go to the registration page

Follow the instructions under "Lost your password?" and fill out the short form.

The registration request will be forwarded to Dubo for processing and approval. An email notification will be sent letting you know that you are ready to start shopping!

How many points do I have?

Once registered, you will receive an E-Statement every month with your points balance after the monthly update. You can always login, or ask your local branch contact to check for you!

How can I earn more points?

Take a look at what changes you can make in your purchases to make sure you are buying your products from our branches and from suppliers that support your distributors Rewards program. Click here for the list of participants suppliers.

Do my points expire?

Your points only expire if your account remains inactive for more than 120 days.

Once I place an order, how do I receive my Rewards?

All Rewards are shipped directly to your local branch. A shipping confirmation email including tracking number will be sent to you when the item is shipped. Once your branch receives your items they will contact you to arrange a pick-up or delivery.

My company has compliance regulations; can I still use my points?

At DuboXtra we have a lot of experience with working with military bases, school boards, utility companies, governments and large OEMs and we have always found ways to work within your compliance regulations. From sponsoring your company Christmas party or golf tournament to supporting any local registered charity.  Contact Us and we’d be happy to help!

What if I forget my password?

No worries! If you forget your password, go to the registration page, and simply click on ‘Lost your password?’ and simply click on ‘Lost your password?’ and you will receive a password reset email. If you do not see the email at first, check your junk mail folder or Contact Us for more help!

Can I purchase points?

Unfortunately, points are not available for purchase.

Can Rewards be returned?

Only defective or damaged Rewards can be returned. All goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact your local branch to arrange.

What do I do if I have a problem with a Reward after the 30 day period?

If you have a problem after the 30-day period, contact the Dubo office and we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for further assistance.

Do I need an e-mail address?

Yes. In order to access your account on the Rewards website you will need a valid e-mail address. You can only order items via the on-line catalogue.

Can I transfer my points?

No. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Can I combine my accounts?

If you have more than one account with your distributor, you can combine your accounts.  The points earned in each account will be posted to the master account. To combine accounts, send an email to pdf@dubo.qc.ca including all 5-digit accounts you want to combine.
