Terms & conditions

This delivery policy governs the conditions and schedules of delivery for Dubo Électrique customers.  We are committed to providing an efficient and timely delivery service to meet the needs of our customers.


General information

All orders are subject to product availability.  If the requested item is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and let you know when we will be able to deliver it.


Place of delivery

Items offered can only be delivered to addresses in Quebec.  Additional charges may apply for delivery to certain remote areas or for heavy or bulky items.   Some regions are excluded from our delivery territory, notably the northern regions, where a surcharge will be billed.


Delivery times

Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, deliveries are generally made within 1 business day from the time your order is processed.  Business days are Monday to Friday.  We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  A person must be available between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. to receive the delivered goods.  This person must be able to sign for and confirm that the goods received are those ordered.  Delivery dates may vary according to delivery region and carrier availability.  Your order may be shipped in several packages.


Order cut-off times per region

To receive next-business-day delivery, customers must submit their order before the cut-off time noted below, depending on the region where the delivery is to be made. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery not received

Customers must report non-receipt of their order to their Inside or Outside Sales Representative after 1 p.m. on the day of delivery.


Missing items on delivery

Customers must report any missing or excess items to their Inside or Outside Sales Representative within 30 days of receiving their order.


Wrong products, order errors or items damaged in transit

Customers must report any wrong products, order errors or items damaged in transit to their Inside or Outside Sales Representative within 48 hours of receiving their order.
